23 is an 11.1% ABV golden stout brewed with cascara, coffee, cacao nibs and a touch of Mosaic hops.
22 is an 11.1% ABV ale brewed with vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and orange peel.
21 is an 11.9% ABV bourbon barrel aged stout brewed with cocoa and vanilla.
We’re celebrating 20 years! Our 20th Anniversary is an 11% ABV Belgian Dark Ale. This brew is malty with notes of caramel, raisins and berries, as well as subtle hints of coriander and star anise.
Nineteen is a tart mango wheat ale, which is actually a blend of 2 beers – a mango-infused wheat beer and a tart blending beer. The result? A 10% ABV beer that features a tropical sweetness, as well as the tart citrusy character of a spontaneously fermented beer.
Eighteen, 11.1% ABV, is a hazy, dark-brown weizenbock with a complex combination of bready wheat and dark malt flavors that are perfectly balanced with spicy phenols and fruity esters. The malt bill is entirely German – Wheat, Munich, Pils, Carawheat and Chocolate wheat. This unfiltered and bottle-conditioned ale has a creamy, textured mouthfeel and a warming finish.
Seventeen is a Saison Ale brewed with pink peppercorns, orange zest, lemon zest and grapefruit zest. This 10.5% ABV ale has a balanced sweetness with a touch of citrus and spice with a dry and peppery finish.
Sixteen is a dark braggot made with an absurd amount of honey from Pennsylvania bees, giving this 10.5% ABV ale a profound honey character and a nice warming finish. Caramel, Crystal, Munich and Chocolate malts form a rich foundation for this dark and complex ale.
Fifteen is a 10.8% ABV smoked imperial stout. This is not a timid ale…it’s an intense, full-bodied smoke experience. Fifteen has a rich flavor profile balancing notes of dark roast, burnt toast and spicy rye with a deep earthy aroma of smoke and wood.
Fourteen is an unfiltered beer made with over 50% wheat to give it a distinctly spicy character. This 11.8% ABV brew has notes of tart wheat, grapes and honey with crisp bitterness and carbonation.
Thirteen is a Belgian-inspired imperial stout weighing in at 13.6% ABV. This smooth sipper is made with 5 malts and a touch of oats. You’ll find big chocolate and roasted notes, balanced with the Belgian flavors from the Abbey yeast strain. This beer is very smooth and lacks the astringency you can sometimes find in these huge imperial stouts.
Twelve is a 10.2% ABV rye barleywine. Made from 50% Rye malt and 50% Barley malt, this strong ale is extremely viscous. The rye adds a tantalizing note of flavor on the palate with a hint of tartness you’ve come to expect from rye. Slightly warm when it’s young, this beer will age very well.
Eleven is an 11.7% ABV Triple IPA made exclusively with Phoenix hops. The large quantity of Phoenix used in this brew imparts a very smooth flavor, without even a hint of harshness.
Decadence is a 13% ABV spiced amber ale, brewed with honey, cardamom spice and gentian (a rare botanical). This ale is very unique and will develop finer character when aged at cellar temperatures.
