Insanity
Insanity is made by aging our perfectly balanced Blithering Idiot Barleywine in oak bourbon casks. This incredible combination creates a mélange of flavors from rich malts, raisins and dates to oak, vanilla and bourbon.

Sunday Morning Stout
Sunday Morning Stout, 12.7% ABV, is an Imperial American Stout brewed with coffee and aged in bourbon barrels. This brew pours a beautiful ebony with a large, creamy, off-white head that lasts and lasts.

Wit
Wit is Weyerbacher’s 4.6% ABV thirst-quenching spring and early summer ale. The nose has a light spiciness from the coriander, orange peel, grains of paradise and star anise.

Imperial Pumpkin Ale
We set out to make a bold monument for The King of the Pumpkins! This 8.0% ABV pumpkin ale is the mother of all pumpkin ales. It is heartier, spicier and more “caramelly” and “pumpkiny” than its faint brethren!

Sunday Molé Stout
Sunday Molé Stout is an 11.3% ABV American Imperial Stout that captures everything you’d expect from a traditional molé – coffee, chocolate, heat and smokiness.

Easton Brown & Down
Brewed with deep-roasted chocolate malt, this brew has a warm, roasty flavor that balances out with a slightly dry finish.

Berry Monks
Berry Monks is a 9.3% ABV variation on our classic Belgian Tripel, Merry Monks, brewed with cranberries, orange peel and ginger.

QUAD
Big and delicious, QUAD, 11.8% ABV, is an elegant dark ale. Rich with complexity and flavor, try savoring it with a fine dinner. You also might enjoy it as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to a dessert, but QUAD stands alone quite well.

Riserva
Riserva is our barrel-aged American Wild Ale aged on raspberries. The beer is aged for more than a year in oak barrels with raspberries, giving the beer a pungent raspberry aroma, a lovely red color and a balancing wood character. This brew is a beautiful beer both to your eyes and to your taste buds.
