Easton Brown & Down is a 5.6% ABV Brown Ale. Brewed with deep-roasted chocolate malt, this brew has a warm, roasty flavor that balances out with a slightly dry finish.

Double IPA #3 is a 9% ABV Black IPA made with the classic “C” hops (Cascade, Centennial and Columbus) with lots of Amarillo in the dry hop. English barley malts and midnight wheat create a velvety smooth base on which these hops shine.

As the name suggests, this 11.3% ABV American Imperial Stout is the foundation of everyone’s favorite, Sunday Morning Stout, with a twist (and without the barrel aging)… Sunday Molé Stout captures everything you’d expect from a traditional molé – coffee, chocolate, heat and smokiness.

This 4.5% ABV Belgian-style ale is a refreshing golden ale with notes of apple, pear and banana. Reminiscent of Merry Monks with a more sessionable ABV.

Brünicorn #II, #III & #IV
Primarily fermented with a former anniversary abbey strain, this trio of Brünicorn releases were stabled in freshly emptied Pinot noir barrels with lactobacillus and brettanomyces, as well as raspberries, blackberries or boysenberries. They were then aged in our barrel cellar for over 13 months.

Line Street Pils pours a bright and deep yellow with a pleasant, light citrus aroma. Our twist on a Czech pils using Centennial and Mandarina Bavaria hops, this beer has a crisp, refreshing bitterness up front that fades into a dry, palate quenching finish.
