Coriander, orange peel, grains of paradise and star anise give a light spiciness to the aroma. Wit is a refreshingly crisp wheat ale that finishes with just a hint of tartness.

Sure, we love our big beers, but sometimes we just want something lighter without sacrificing flavor…
Bright, Crisp & Hop Forward
Line Street Pils pours a bright and deep yellow with a pleasant, light citrus aroma. Our twist on a Czech pils using Centennial and Mandarina Bavaria hops, this beer has a crisp, refreshing bitterness up front that fades into a dry, palate quenching finish.
Now available in bottles and on draft throughout our distribution area!
IPA #1 IPA #1 features a blend of classic hops, Centennial and Cascade, along with new varieties, Calypso and Equinox. This 5.5% ABV IPA has citrus and floral notes that meld into citrus and tropical flavors with an herbal undertone that ties it all together.
What is the IPA Series? This series will give you not 1, not 2, not 3… but 4 new IPAs each year! Find out more about this small batch series!
Available NOW at The Tap Room and in select locations throughout our distribution area!
Brünicorn is a series of special brews ONLY AVAILABLE at The Tap Room!
The first release of this series is an American Wild Ale that falls around 6.5% ABV. This beer begins with a fresh burst of apricot, citrus and Belgian aromatics, which is soon followed by a soft wheat tartness that balances with notes of subtle spice giving it a lingering white wine oak finish.
Brünicorn is NOW AVAILABLE at The Tap Room!

Please excuse our appearance…
Did you notice the heavy machinery, missing trees and mounds of dirt outside of our building on your last trip to The Tap Room? Did you wonder to yourself (or out loud), what could they possibly be doing? We’re making room for more parking! We’ve decided to extend our parking area so it’s less of a hassle to find parking around our building and on the street. Our anticipated completion is mid-May as long as the weather cooperates.
